A user can call from his mobile phone to his friend’s home (into the FXO port of CNG gateway) , and then assigned FXS phone will ring, at the ringing situation, he can do :

(1) His friend answers the phone, they talked.

(2) His fiend is not at home, he waits for some seconds till timeout, he can hear the second dial tone, and then he can make call to his friend’s office through the IP channel of CNG gateway.

(3) Just input the “#” key when he hears the ring back tone, and then he can hear the second dial tone and then make call to his friend’s office through the IP channel of CNG gateway.

 

Please accord to the following configuration at this situation:

(1) Enable the IP-PSTN switch, please refer to “FXO&FXS switching”.

(2) Set the duration when nobody answers the phone, the call will be routed to IP channel.

         Login to the web portal, Ports Setting->Advanced Function, please select the right FXO port:
