On March 10 of 2006, with the announcement of "China’s Century, Link the world" by compere in the Furong hall of Shenzhen in Zhongyou Hotel, the promulgation meeting of 2006 Centnet VoIP resolution state the new era of VoIP have been begun which opened prelude of 2006 exhibition.
